Alshaya partners with DED to raise consumer awareness

Abu Dhabi: Alshaya Co, an international retail franchise operator, partnered with the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) to build awareness on the Dubai’s government’s “Be Right — Know Your Consumer Rights” advisory service.

With immediate effect, every receipt issued by Alshaya across all its 300-plus retail, and dining outlets in Dubai will carry details of the DED Consumer Rights helpline number, and web address.

Alshaya is one of two retail operators to lead on the initiative.
