Suhail Bahwan Group to deliver flagship project by year-end

Dubai: Part of Suhail Bahwan Group, Utmost Properties has launched its flagship Bahwan Tower in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Boulevard. The Group has had other property developments in Dubai and Sharjah, but this is the first freehold residential tower in the UAE. It is scheduled for completion by year-end. The Bahwan Tower will have 132 apartments and comes with a payment plan whereby 75 per cent is paid on delivery of the unit. Prices are from Dh1,450 a square foot.
