SPF Realty lands third G&Co contract

Dubai: Real estate brokerage firm SPF Realty said on Sunday it will market and sell G&Co’s Millennium Square development in Meydan City under an exclusive agreement.

It is the third consecutive G&C0 project SPF Realty has won the exclusives rights to market and sell, the company said in a statement.

SPF Realty, established in 2005, focuses on real estate sales brokerage and real estate lease brokerage services.

The firm previously worked with G&Co on their Millennium Estates and Grand Views at Millennium Estates developments.
