Signature Estates delivers The 118 project

Dubai: Downtown Dubai has added a new landmark in the form of The 118, developed by Signature Estates and represented by Sotheby’s International Realty. The interior design has been assigned to Hirsh Bedner Associates, while Archgroup Consultants will do the architectural and structural work for the property, which features 27 full-floor residences.
