Ras Al Khaimah creates new entity for international businesses

The Ras Al Khaimah government has unveiled the RAK International Corporate Centre as its corporate registry jurisdiction for international businesses.

The Centre was formed following the merger of RAK International Companies and RAK Offshore. IBCs are offshore entities that allow businesses and individuals to trade internationally, invest around the world and own real property globally. Joe Moynihan, who has been appointed CEO of RAKICC, brings 30 years of experience in financial services. Following the merger of RAK International Companies and RAK Offshore, RAKICC has over 27,000 companies.
