New villas at Bawabat Al Sharq to be ready in June

Construction of the villas forming Phase II of Abu Dhabi’s Bawabat Al Sharq development is 64 per cent complete and the project remains on schedule, according to Baniyas Investment and Development Co., the investment arm of Baniyas Sports Club.

“Technically speaking, we have already completed the concrete works in all 129 villas and we are currently working on the interior finishing which have reached 55 per cent in completion,” said Mohammad Eid, chief of operations at BIDC.

The villas are to be delivered in June.
