Dubai: In a significant step toward strengthening judicial expertise in the emirate, the Dubai Rental Dispute Resolution Center (RDC) announced the graduation of 15 new judges following their completion of comprehensive advanced training programs. The initiative reflects the Center’s ongoing commitment to developing specialized judicial professionals capable of handling rental disputes with efficiency, fairness and transparency.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Land Department, alongside senior officials and dignitaries.
The training programs equipped judges with essential applied competencies and an in-depth understanding of rental litigation processes. Key focus areas included effective case management, insights into landlord–tenant dynamics, and a structured approach to decision-making grounded in clear legal procedures. The training also emphasized the use of advanced digital tools and innovative technologies deployed by the RDC to accelerate proceedings without compromising the integrity of justice.
Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Center, expressed pride in the achievement, noting that the graduation represents a major milestone in the Center’s journey to enhance judicial excellence and reinforce stability within Dubai’s real estate sector. He highlighted that RDC has earned public trust over the years by supporting justice, maintaining balance in rental relationships and upholding the rights of all parties.
This accomplishment reflects the Center’s strategy to continually develop judicial talent across various specializations while advancing digital transformation in litigation. Preparing new judges with the necessary skills and knowledge enables them to issue sound rulings, understand relevant legislation thoroughly and anticipate judicial outcomes—all of which strengthen confidence in the emirate’s judicial system.
The ceremony concluded with the honoring of the graduating judges and recognizing their successful completion of the program. Officials emphasized that this marks the beginning of a new phase of responsibility and professionalism in their judicial careers.
