Deyaar completes sale of residential units at Montrose

Dubai: Deyaar Development, a Dubai-based real estate developer, said on Monday that it has completed the sale of residential units in tower 1 of its new Montrose project.

Saturday’s sales event was held at Deyaar’s new sales and service centre in The Burlington Tower, Business Bay.

The majority of units sold at an average of Dh1.166 per square feet are expected to be delivered by December 2016.

Sales of units in Montrose’s second residential tower will open by the end of September.
