Damac Tower by Paramound sales reach over Dh1b

Dubai-based Damac Properties said sales at its Paramount-branded tower reached over Dh1 billion.

It sold out all units in phase one and phase two of the luxury hotel and serviced residences since the project launch seven weeks ago, which is more than 40 percent of the Damac Towers by Paramount said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director, Damac Properties.

Buyers from 32 countries including Russia, China, the United States and the United Kingdom have already bought units in the tower.

Damac is now bringing the third tranche of apartments to the market early with road shows in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Singapore.
