Bayside Residence given to owners

Dubai: Trident International Holdings (TIH) yesterday said it has handed over its second freehold residential project in Dubai - Bayside Residence - a luxurious residential development in Dubai Marina - this month in what is perceived as a challenging time for the real estate market.

TIH has delivered four out of its six projects to customers in a market marred by project delays.

Projects like Trident's previous realty offerings brings innovative and international living concepts to the region for the first time.

Wazir Ali Daredia, executive director and chief executive of TIH, said: "Bayside Residence is TIH's second project scheduled for handover after the successful 'The Waterfront' project. We have not only managed to complete the project on schedule but have also, further raised the luxury benchmark."

Being one of the first private developers to enter freehold real-estate development in Dubai, the company has seen the market through its initial development and consequent growth phase.

"Today, the real estate investor is very sophisticated and demands more than just standard features associated with any luxury development, Bayside Residence aims at offering our investors the opportunity to participate and benefit from Trident's progressive and ultra-exclusive and innovative developments," he said.

Property evolution

"Trident has, since inception, managed to stay ahead of this evolution curve due to its vision of providing investors with innovative and best-of-class luxury living concepts. 'Aqua Living Concept' and a dedicated 'Oxygen Bar', introduced for the first time in the freehold real estate sector in the UAE, are key luxury features that would differentiate Bayside Residence from any other similar developments in the region," he added.

Bayside Residence offers both condominium and villa complexes. The 22-storey project offers 101 one, two and three bedroom waterfront apartments and penthouses.

Ultimate luxury

They also offer the three-storied Marina Homes complete with a private lift and sky lawns.

The project boasts luxury features such as the 'Infinity Pool' and 'Intelligent Homes', a 3G Super Wired Residence, pioneered by Trident in the region in addition to standard 'Home Theatre' systems, complete with 42-inch plasma screens in every apartment.

The 'Intelligent Homes-3G Super Wired Residence' allows virtual parenting for all residents through permanent access to web cameras.

In case of any breakdowns such as power outage, fire or smoke, the automation system is programmed to send SMS alerts to the owners mobile phone.

Launched in June 2006, this project had met with tremendous response from both the UAE and international markets.
