Arada launches majlis-themed villas in Sharjah

Arada has launched the Sama Majlis Villa at its Nasma Residences community in Sharjah.

It comes as the developer confirmed that construction work at the project’s first phase is 20 per cent complete and is on schedule to deliver the first homes to buyers by the end of this year. The Sama Majlis Villa is a four-bedroom property with an open-air majlis based on an upstairs terrace. This the developer says is a “first for the Sharjah market”. Nasma Residences will eventually have 800 villas and town houses.
