Al Fattan Marine Towers launched at Dubai Marina

Al Fattan Properties has launched the Al Fattan Marine Towers, a 53-storey building, the firm's chairman said yesterday.

"We have already witnessed considerable interest from the corporate sector for Al Fattan Marine Towers and expect this to increase after the project's official unveiling today," said Major General Musabeh Rashid Al Fattan, chairman, Al Fattan Properties.

The new development, Al Fattan Marine Towers at Dubai Marina, is scheduled to be completed in September.

The 53-storey residential tower will have 229 apartments designed by Norr Consultants. The tower will have 172 three-bedroom units, 53 two-bedroom units, 3 duplexes and a spacious penthouse.

"Our aim is to provide the highest level of service in the UAE property industry. It is our continued commitment to meet the needs, interests and expectations of our existing and new customers," Al Fattan said.

Al Fattan Properties other's interests include the Oasis Beach Hotel and Al Fattan Plaza. Better Homes is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the tower project.
