Saudi Fransi Capital Reit announces dividend distribution

Dubai: Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of a cash dividend to Taleem Reit Fund unit holders for the fourth quarter ending December 2017.

Saudi Fransi Capital will pay a total dividend of 4.56 million Saudi riyals (Dh4.46 million) to 28 million units.

The distributed profit amount will be 0.16 Saudi riyals per unit, and the distribution ratio amounts to 1.59 per cent of net asset value as of Friday. Dividends distributions will be paid within 15 business days, the statement on Tadawul’s website said.
