Emaar AGM set for April 23

Dubai: Emaar Properties has notified the Dubai Financial Market that its 16th annual general meeting will be held on April 23 at the Pavilion of Armani Hotel Dubai.

The agenda includes approving the report of the board of directors on the activities and financial position of the company for 2013, approving the auditors’ report and appointing auditors for 2014.

Up for discussion will be a proposal to distribute dividends worth 15 per cent of share capital and a bonus share issue of 10 per cent for 2013. The meeting will also discuss the granting of approval for the payment of bonuses to non-executive directors.
