Dubai Investments appoints new chief operating officer

Dubai: Dubai Investments said on Sunday it has announced the appointment of Krishnamurthy Sundaresan as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Krishnamurthy, a Singaporean national, has more than 22 years of experience in senior finance positions in international companies across the Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Australia and India. He joins Dubai Investments from Action Hotels Plc where he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Krishnamurthy was earlier associated with Abu Dhabi Capital Group as Group CFO, Deyaar as Group CFO and was the Senior Vice President of Dubai Investment and Hospitality LLC. He was also the Regional Finance & Administration Manager (South East Asia) with IKEA between 2000 and 2005.
