DSI postpones annual general meeting till May 4

Dubai: Drake and Scull (DSI) said on Sunday it has postponed the annual general meeting due to lack of quorum.

The new meeting will take place on May 4, the company said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.

Recently, DSI revealed the terms of its recapitalisation and set a date for shareholders to decide on whether to approve the deal that will help it wipe out accumulated losses of about Dh1 billion and make Tabarak Investment its biggest shareholder.
