DFM suspends trade of foreign listed company

Abu Dhabi: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) announced on Sunday that its listed local public joint stock companies have recorded a 100 per cent compliance regarding the disclosure of financial results for Q2 2014 within the deadline of 45 days from the end of the period.

There are 42 UAE public joint stock companies listed on DFM all of which have disclosed their financial results, with the exception of Amlak Finance, which is already suspended for procedural reasons. DFM suspended trading of one foreign listed company that missed the deadline to disclose results.
