Board approves Saudi Ceramic capital increase

Capital will be increased to 500 million Saudi riyals

Dubai: The CMA Board has issued a resolution approving Saudi Ceramic Company’s request to increase its capital, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.

Capital will be increased from 375 million Saudi riyals (Dh366.23 million) to 500 million Saudi riyals through the issuance of one bonus share for every three existing shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the close of trading on the day of the general assembly, the CMA Board said.
