Amanat says AGM approves payout to shareholders

Amanat said on Thursday its annual general meeting has approved a payout of 1.956 fils per share.

The company said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website that this payout included 0.229 fils per share in share issuance reserve.

It was also decided to distribute a dividend payout of 1.727 fils per share, while retaining the share issuance reserve of Dh5.7 million, which is equivalent of Dh0.229 fils per share in the company’s shareholders equity as legal reserve.
