ADX achieves 99% compliance in results disclosure

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that it has succeeded in achieving a compliance rate of 99 per cent regarding the disclosure of second-quarter financial results of its listed public joint stock companies within the 45-day deadline.

A total of 64 listed companies — local and foreign — disclosed their second quarter financial statements. The combined net profit of all listed companies showed a 19 per cent increase over the same period last year. The highest recorded increase was in the Investment & Financial Services sector with a 767 per cent increase.
