DUBAI: Etihad Rail said on Tuesday it has inked a deal that will see National Quarries, a construction material supplier, use the national and regional rail network to transport its products.
State-owned Etihad Rail said the two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will see National Quarries cut logistic costs by using the under construction rail network.
Tuesday’s agreement is the latest in a series of announced MoUs that Etihad Rail has entered into over the past 18 months.
