Unipart Rail and Arabian Railway Company to form joint venture company

Dubai:

British firm Unipart Rail and Arabian Railway Company have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a joint venture company that will deliver projects, and provide supply chain services and consultancy work in Saudi Arabia.

The UK’s Rail Minister Paul Maynard was in attendance at the MoU signing, which took place at the Middle East Rail event in Dubai.

As part of the agreement, Unipart Rail is set to open an office in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
