Agreements seek to reinforce Dubai’s position as hub for business events and conventions
Dubai: Dubai Business Events (DBE), the government authority responsibility for attracting events and conventions to the emirate, said on Wednesday that it had inked a total of six Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) throughout 2017, partnering with businesses across a range of relevant sectors.
A division of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), DBE says that its agreements serve as a basis for attracting and organising international meetings and conferences in Dubai, which forms a integral part of the convention bureau’s strategy.
This includes selecting potential international conferences, as well as preparing and coordinating bids for these conferences.
