Dubai: Telecom operator du announced the successful deployment of its 20GB broadband services over FTTH (fibre to the home) solution for residential subscribers. First to be launched commercially in the Middle East and Africa, this network provides ultra-broadband access to expand its service development capabilities for cloud and video services. Customers will benefit from even faster upload and download speeds, and reduce latency in the home network for 4K TV, network gaming, virtual reality and cloud services.
