Drake & Scull lands Dh172m Abu Dhabi contract

Dubai: Drake & Scull International said on Sunday it has been awarded a Dh172 million contract for a district cooling plant for a Housing Complex in Abu Dhabi.

The company said the contract has been awarded to its subsidiary Drake & Scull Engineering (DSE). The housing complex has 1,357 residential units ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom two story villas.

Under the contract, Drake & Scull will design and build a district cooling plant with five chillers of 2,500 tonnes of refrigeration.
