Dubai: The Ministry of Justice has formed a committee to interview and test applicants to register with its real estate experts’ roster and work to prepare qualification and training programmes for those who pass prescribed tests.

The committee has approved the following classification categories as real estate experts - rental, appraisal, transaction, freehold, and general expert. The induction programme is being done in coordination with Dubai Real Estate Institute.

“This guarantees the provision of real estate experts with a high degree of competence and distinguished experience before the judicial authorities to ensure the safety of the real estate sector and enhance professional standards,” said Hend Al Marri, CEO of DREI.
