RAK Airport sees 17% rise in passengers

Airport sees 26 per cent increase in the number of scheduled flights in 2015

Dubai: Ras Al Khaimah International Airport recorded a 17 per cent increase in passengers in 2015 compared to a year earlier, the Ras Al Khaimah media office said in a statement on Tuesday.

The company did not provide total passenger numbers for the period.

The airport also saw a 26 per cent increase in the number of scheduled flights and a 51 per cent increase in its cargo business.
