Amlak Finance appoints new CFO

Amlak Finance, the Dubai-listed company, announced on Wednesday it has promoted Muhammad Azam Razzak to the position of chief financial officer.

In a statement to the Dubai bourse, the company did not provide more details on the appointment. According to Razzak’s personal biography, he is currently the senior vice president for finance and treasury at Amlak, a position he has held since April 2008.

Amlak share prices ended 1.44 per cent lower on Wednesday to reach Dh0.96.
