Dubai based Marta Silchenko has signed off her amateur golfing career with victory at the Latvian Junior Open.

The 18-year-old won the title back in 2019 and this time round finished the 54 hole tournament 12 under par.

Back in March, Marta claimed the Jumeirah Golf Estates Junior Open over the Fire course. Alongside her nine top 10 finishes which counted towards her World Amateur Golf Ranking, was her two second place finishes in the UAE World Amateur Junior Golf Championship in 2022.

The Tommy Fleetwood Academy Dubai student is now set to further her golfing career at Oklahoma State University. Where the likes of Wyndham Clark, Rickie Folwer, Caroline Hedwall, Viktor Hovland and Maja Stark all plied their trade before turning professional.
