Delhi: The UAE’s Asian Cup group rivals India have announced a friendly against Jordan in Amman on November 17.

Jordan went down 2-1 to World Cup runners-up Croatia in their last international friendly earlier this month and are currently ranked 110th, 13 positions behind India, who held China to a goalless draw in their last outing.

India coach Stephen Constantine said Jordan would help them prepare for the same climate and standard they are set to experience in the UAE, where they also play Thailand and Bahrain in Group A.
