Singh, who was last seen on 'The Kapil Sharma' show, said she dropped from 91kg to 76kg and it’s changed her life. “ I don’t feel breathless. As I have lost weight my diabetes and asthma is also under control. I follow intermittent fasting and don’t eat between 7pm and 12pm. Slowly my body has started accepting this change. I don’t have my dinner any later than 7pm,” she told an Indian media house. Bharti may have also taken the decision because she’s thinking about conceiving. “Whenever it happens I will be the first one to tell. I don’t hide things from my fans.
