Indonesia: With more than 17,000 islands, Indonesia is one of the largest countries in the world. The South Asian nation offers views of volcanoes, tropical beaches and untouched jungles. Indonesia-bound cruises, which typically sail for 11-15 nights, cover several ports and countries in the region. Galápagos Islands: Lying in the middle of the Pacific Ocean are the 60 volcanic rock isles that make up the Galápagos. The only way to really see the islands is by boat, and there are plenty of tours lasting from a few days to a few weeks.
