Also known as the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, the healthcare segment under this Emiratisation drive will continue to receive applications from UAE nationals, particularly high school graduates, until August 14. To incentivise youth in this crucial sector, the programme offers scholarships, monthly incentives and job opportunities. The synergy between ministries, higher education establishments and hospitals and clinics is ensuring the success of the nation’s young talent.
