10-minute recipe for Casablanca, a date-based drink

A refreshingly, cool drink with herbs

Ingredients

    100 gms dates (seedless)

    20 ml honey

    3 gms turmeric

    3 gms cinnamon powder

    10 ml lime juice

    150 ml water

    45 gms crushed ice

METHOD

1. Wash and soak the seedless dates in lukewarm water.

2. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

3. Blend it with ice cubes.

4. Pour the drink into a tall glass and top up with crushed ice.

5. Garnish with mint leaves, dates, and lime twist.
