This creamy vegan smoothie is low on calories and high on taste, and all it takes is 5 minutes
Ingredients
100gm bananas, preferably organic
2 tbsp almonds, soaked in water
3 tbsp (45gm) dates
½ tsp cacao powder
A pinch of cinnamon powder
175ml almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
