Watch: Expo 2020 Dubai’s robot Opti puts on a spine-chilling dance for Halloween

What’s a spooky season without Michael Jackson’s perfectly eerie track ‘Thriller’? Over at Expo 2020 Dubai, guardian robot Opti thinks so too. Where multiples of the orange androids can be seen putting on a show for visitors on any given day, this particular bunch creeped into the heart of Expo 2020 Water Feature for a Halloween-themed flash mob. In this special release, they are seen rolling into the dense fog in silence, flashing pumpkin-carved grins with moves so synchronised you are guaranteed a good, wholesome spook.

If you’re wondering where you can spot Opti and friends, watch out for the fun-sized robots welcoming visitors at the entrances or whirring about their home – The Opportunity Pavilion. All without the cobwebs and haunting persona – phew!
