Sushant Singh Rajput: Anil Kapoor, Kriti Sanon praise ‘Dil Bechara’ trailer
Bollywood may stand accused of neglecting him during his lifetime, but in his death, several celebrities have stepped up to support Sushant Singh Rajput's final film, 'Dil Bechara'.
Many stars took to social media to heap praises on the trailer of the late Bollywood actor's final film, which was released on Monday.
Veteran star Anil Kapoor termed the trailer as a “reminder to live each and every moment to the fullest.”
“A reminder to all of us to live each and every moment to the fullest. A beautiful trailer and tribute to the star we lost too soon but get to see him shine on screen one last time and be immortalised through his work forever in millions of hearts. #DilBechara,” tweeted Kapoor.
Actor-director Farhan Akhtar also appreciated the trailer.
“Just watched #DilBecharaTrailer .. it does, of course, remind us that we have lost a talented actor way too soon but it also brings a smile to the face with it’s charming, bittersweet feel .. my best wishes to @CastingChhabra and the team. Look forward to it,” he tweeted along with a link to the trailer.
Bhumi Pednekar tweeted: “#DilBechara Overwhelmed with millions of emotions...Can’t wait you watch it.”
Rajput’s close friend and ‘Raabta’ co-star Kriti Sanon said that it would be hard for her to watch the film.
“#DilBechara Its gonna be really hard to watch this one.. but how can I not?” she tweeted.
Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas called the trailer "a celebration of love, friendship and life."
Veteran star Madhuri Dixit Nene tweeted about the trailer and said she'd always remember him for his warmth and smile.
Writer Tahira Kashyap, who is the wife of actor Ayushmann Khurrana, showed her love by retweeting the emotional post of 'Dil Bechara' director Mukesh Chhabra.
Chhabra, who was a close friend of Rajput, shared a note that described 'Dil Bechara' as a dream project.
"Finally after such a long wait, 2 years of my life. So many friendships close to my heart, so many ups and downs, happy and sad moments. Presenting to you, our dream and the dream of my brother Sushant, who will live on in me till my last breath. The trailer of my debut film #DilBechara," he wrote.
"So much has changed in my life these past years and I will always cherish every single moment. Putting the trailer out there in your hands and in your hearts. It's over to you now. For every single one of you to watch from your home as many times as you like, I'm glad it's free for everyone, without any subscription, so every single person in India can watch it," he wrote.

Actor Shekhar Suman, who has alleged that Rajput's death was suspicious, urged people to share the trailer widely to keep the star's memory alive.
Adapted from the famous John Green novel, ‘The Fault In Our Stars,’ the film will release on online video streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar on July 24.
