Brussels: EU leaders reached an agreement "to work on measures to contain energy prices for households and businesses," European Council President Charles Michel tweeted early Friday morning.
Leaders had gathered at a summit in Brussels aimed at bridging gaps between EU countries - including between Germany and its traditional partner France - on how to jointly address an energy crunch.
