Dubai: Dubai’s property market welcomes new luxury apartments at the foot of The Palm Jumeirah, Palm View. It is an exclusive collection of expansive residences spread over the top 27 floors, above Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, which opened its doors in January 2021.

Inside the residence

A whole floor of the prime real estate is dedicated to a private residence club. The amenities include residents’ swimming pool, a private cinema, a residents’ lounge and library. Many of these are available 24 hours a day. In the hotel below them, they will have access to four outstanding restaurants including Italian and Lebanese options.

The premium properties are available in 12 different formats, all featuring sizeable storage, maid’s rooms, considerable wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms that optimise these fully-furnished living options with choices of one, two or three bedrooms.

The Sky Collection

The Sky Collection, the development’s penthouse floors, which are offered in four styles with 4 bedrooms and only available on the tower’s uppermost floors, levels 41-43.

With dramatic 180 views from all levels of the tower, the sweeping vistas from Palm View stretch from the Burj Khalifa to the Burj Al Arab, across the Royal Palace gardens and overlook Dubai Marina and the World Islands.
