High school and university students, get ready to test your mettle as the highly-anticipated Curtin Dubai Business Cup Challenge returns for another exciting year. With the theme of Nanotechnology for 2023, this renowned annual business case competition promises to be an extraordinary opportunity for young minds to showcase their talents, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

A twelve-year legacy

The Business Cup Challenge, now in its thirteenth year, is once again making waves. This prestigious event has evolved from a 100-person competition in 2011, to a platform where students from all disciplines from both high schools and universities in the UAE come together to put their business acumen to the test.

The year 2022 saw 100 schools and more than 1,700 participants forming teams to compete in intense rounds of case studies, an elevator pitch, and a grand finale of presentations to earn the prestigious BCC Trophy. It has become an indispensable part of Curtin Dubai's commitment to fostering innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit among the next generation.

The winning teams not only received recognition and accolades but also invaluable experiences that will undoubtedly shape their future careers. Participants can take advantage of forging connections with like-minded peers, industry professionals, and mentors, who can prove instrumental in their future careers.

This year's Business Cup Challenge will revolve around the exciting and rapidly changing theme of nanotechnology. This groundbreaking field explores the manipulation of matter on an atomic and molecular scale, with nearly limitless potential for innovation and application. During the Curtin Dubai Business Cup Challenge 2023, cases will be addressed where nanotechnology can make a significant impact on society. The cases will be sufficiently broad to allow for many creative solutions and do not require either a deep background in science or business.
