ADNOC has completed a private placement of 1.25 billion shares of ADNOC Distribution listed and traded on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

The shares were sold to institutional investors with a total value of Dh3.7 billion, in a deal considered the largest of its kind in the region for a publicly listed company.
