Beijing: China's passenger car sales in September totalled 1.95 million, up 21.2% from a year earlier, the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) said on Tuesday.

U.S. electric vehicle maker Tesla sold 83,135 China-made cars in September, including 5,522 for export, CPCA added.
