The Bugatti Veyron cost $1.5 million when it was new and today the hypercar commands an even higher price tag which puts it vastly out of reach of the majority of enthusiasts. An actual Veyron is eye-wateringly expensive to run; it costs $25,000 just to change the oil while the French carmaker recommends changing the unique Michellin tyres designed to be able to handle the cars sheer speed every two to three years at the cost of $38,000. The alloys need to be replaced every 16,000km too and they will set you back $50,000. It has even been equipped with “EB” branded alloy wheels and a centre-mounted dual exhaust system a bit like the one on the actual Super Sport variant. But, the only way anyone would believe this is a Veyron is if they have never seen one in their life… Image Credit: Carsensor
