Painball

Sky diving
There's nothing quite like jumping out of a plane and free-falling to the earth, free as a bird, with adrenaline levels higher than they've probably ever been before. If that sounds like your idea of fun, head to Umm Al Quwain Aeroclub. Those new to skydiving can do a tandem jump with an instructor strapped to them. The tandem passenger will enjoy roughly 20 minutes riding up to jump altitude. At approximately 12,000 feet above sea level, you jump.

Go-Karting
It's the ultimate adrenaline rush. Grab a bunch of your speedster friends and head to the Autodrome for a spot of go-karting. It's one of the fastest growing forms of motor sport in the world with speed and thrills galore. Karting is available for children (7-12 years) and adults. The 1.2km circuit features 17 corners to test a driver's skills.
