5 tbsp vegan butter (store bought)

    8 to 9 cloves of garlic

    5 basil leaves

    4 sundried tomatoes

    1 Bird's Eye chili

    1/4 cup chopped chives

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Chop the garlic, chives, sundried tomatoes, red Bird's Eye chilli, basil and mix in softened butter.

2. Taste for salt and season accordingly. Your vegan garlic butter is ready.

Note: You can use your favourite vegan bread and spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on it and bake it in an air fryer.
