Ingredients
100gm chickpeas, boiled until soft
10gm garlic, crushed
2gm sumac
2gm white pepper
2gm cumin powder
salt to taste
10ml lemon juice
40ml tahini
5gm parsley, chopped
3gm coriander leaves, chopped
10gm toasted pita bread
10gm mixed capsicum
5gm pine nuts, toasted
10gm coriander, for garnish
30ml olive oil
Method
1. Mix the chickpeas, garlic, spices, salt, lemon juice, tahini, herbs, pita and capsicum in a bowl.
2. Plate it and top with pine nuts and coriander. Drizzle olive oil and serve.
