Ingredients

    100ml pineapple juice

    65 ml coco lopez (cocktail mix - store bought)

    30 ml lemon juice

    15 ml passionfruit purée (store bought)

    10 mint leaves 

    2 tsp vanilla essence

    A handful of pineapple wedges

    Equipments needed

    Highball glass

    Blender

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2. Fill your highball glass half way through with ice.

4. Pour the Coco Loco into the prepared glass.

5. Garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple wedge. Serve chilled.
