125 gms blood oranges

    3 scoops lemon sorbet

    50 ml ginger beer (store bought)

    Levitas Short Stem  glass 250ml (25cl)

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Peel the blood orange and cut it into pieces. Put the blood oranges in a freezer for the night.

2. Add the frozen blood oranges, lemon sorbet and ginger beer into a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Fill the mixture in a Levitias Short Stem glass and garnish with pink peppercorns and a blood orange wedge. Serve chilled.
