Ingredients
60gm karkadeh (dried hibiscus petals)
4gm cinnamon sticks
3 litres water
200gm sugar
6ml rose water
Method
1. Gently simmer the karkadeh and cinnamon in water, in a large pan for 2 hours. On the lowest flame possible.
2. Add the sugar and rose water and cool. Serve chilled.
