    2 ripe Mexican Hass avocados (a variety of avocado where the flesh is very creamy)

    ½  large tomato, finely diced 

    ¼  white onion, finely diced 

    ¼  jalapeno pepper with seeds removed, finely diced 

    1 tbsp of fresh coriander, chopped

    ½ a fresh lime, juiced  

    A pinch of salt

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Scoop out the avocado after removing the stone, with a spoon. Gently mash your avocado with a spoon or fork.

2. Add your diced vegetables to it and mix.

3. Add fresh lime juice.

4. Mix all ingredients together, again, and add a pinch of salt for flavour.

Serving suggestion:

Serve with tortilla chips as they make the perfect accompaniment to your guacamole.
